MY APPROACH

I understand that pilates and Yoga can be an intimidating place for those that are new to the practice particularly if you’re not that flexible or feel like you’re out of shape. But the most wonderful thing about my pilates classes is that you can’t be bad at it.

It genuinely is a safe practice for all, irrespective of your health or sportiness and it can do wonders for joint issues, arthritis, repetitive strain injuries, back pain, digestion, anxiety and depression.

Welcome one and all! I am a qualified Pilates & Yoga instructor with over 14 years experience.  Please come and join me and meet other people who just want to feel amazing and have fun along the way.
